In July 2016, we successfully developed a semi-automatic electronic lock line for new energy vehicles. The entire line adopts a U-shaped production line design, maximizing space utilization, modularizing and quickly changing the vehicle, and achieving multi part number assembly and inspection.

In August 2017, the MQB charging dock semi-automatic assembly line was successfully developed, with a reasonable layout based on ergonomics, achieving manpower optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.

In April 2017, we successfully developed the Volkswagen MQB new energy charging gun automatic assembly line, which is the first new energy charging gun automatic assembly line in China. It realizes automatic feeding, baking of heat shrink tubes, peeling, crimping, locking screws, tinning, testing and other processes.
